Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs) for Military Veterans

We are building an interest list to assess the needs for Veteran DBQs in Orlando and Central Florida to see how we can serve you best.

We plan to offer the Veteran DBQ service with an introductory pricing of only $300.

Once we are ready to complete DBQs, these would be the steps

  • Register and pay a $50 non-refundable fee for chart review*
  • Submit copies of your medical records through secure messaging
  • The doctor will determine if the information supports filing a DBQ
  • Submit a payment of $250 per DBQ
  • Schedule a call for a phone interview
  • Schedule the visit for your exam
  • Get your DBQ report in 7 -10 business days
