By limiting the staff, time, and energy that we would need to interact with health insurance, we ensure quality of care. We maximize the time we dedicate to you and offer the comprehensive management that you need and deserve. Payments will be collected prior to your services. Some insurance companies may offer reimbursement for out-of-network services. Contact your insurance to ask about your benefits. At your request, we may provide you with a receipt that has the information you need to submit your claim to your insurance.
We work side by side with Direct Primary Care (DPC) physicians to offer you value personalized specialty care.
We welcome patients with Healthshare Ministries (like Zion and Sedera).
At this moment we are not taking Medicare patients. If you become a Medicare beneficiary while you are a patient, you must notify us immediately.
We accept HSA/FSA but verify with your plan administrator if you can use it to pay for our services.
